Default Rear Fender Change

I have a 2016 Road Glide Ultra. I was recently rear ended, just a little tap, only damaged the fender tip light and the fender itself. I decided I want to replace the whole set up with a Road Glide Special fender and fascia.

here is the list of parts I was told I needed.
59500165DH - Fender
59500161DH - Fascia
2995 x 2 - screw (comes in a pack of four, do I need 8 screws?)
7499 x 8 - nut (comes in a pack of three, do I need 24?)
59778-06 x 2 - grommet
59818-09 x 2 - stud plate
59600008 - Fender Tip Light
69615-10 - Fender Tip Shield
69200129 - Wire Harness
73255-10 - License Plate Bracket
73314-10 - Light Bar Assembly

Does that look correct? Is that everything I need? Anything on the list not necessary?

One other question I do have, the light bar assembly is for the standard light bulb set up. I would rather have the LED version, so I found this 67800493. Is there any difference between the two? Does the "Light Bar Assembly" come with more stuff, hardware or whatever, that I will need to purchase if I get the LED light bar?

There are a few "Special Fenders on eBay, everything you need a lot cheaper, might have to get it painted .

A quick ebay search doesn't show me anything that's better cost wise. Most of the "new" take off sets cost more than I can get them new from an online dealer. And the one you posted a link to has damage, I would just keep my set up over that. I appreciate the help, but ill buy new over any of the stuff currently listed on ebay.

There is a reason for spending money on quality parts, advanblack is just that, its a discounted, ok looking, gets you by, type of part. Id rather keep stock look than spending money on the cheaper plastic stuff... or save and jump right to Top Shop.

I waited and found a take off complete with everything for 180 shipped.
In our own touring parts section I've seen them for 250-350 shipped, same with Ebay.
That's complete with the fascia, tribar light, and turn signals etc. Being patient helps sometimes.
