Very lucky. It is amazing not only do we have to watch out for distracted drivers but all the junk in the road. Hell, hitting a pot hole is bad enough. The stuff you see on the road is amazing.

Not to steal the thread but when you see a couch and or love seat. Get to where you are moving to and discover they are not on trailer anymore...how does that happen and how did the person not know...

Anyway, glad nothing more and like one posters said, some cool new rims...

So I got the wheel on today and the flush axle. Check out the hole imprint on the old tire lol. Thanks for all the replies folks

I’ve had to swerve around 18-22” pieces of split firewood three times this year. One I didn’t see until I missed it by a few inches. And that one, like the OP, was at highway speed.

Bad enough in the daytime, i use to like ridding at night, but between the animals and now all the debris on the roadway, just becoming too hazardous, it dosen't take much.
