So I just returned from a 4800 mile trip to Colorado Springs from Maryland. Ran thru a lot of rain from Kansas to Missouri. After getting home My brake pedal on my 2014 street glide special sticks when depressed. I have to use my toe to raise the pedal back to position. I just tires replaced prior to trip, although I did not notice any problems during trip. The bike just hit the 20,000 mileage mark. And yes original brakes.
Any thoughts ??
Thank You

At around 10k miles of my 16 Ultra Classic, I took off the rear brake pedal to clean and lube the pivot shaft. It wasn't as hard to do as on many other types of bikes. You may want to have a small spring puller, I can't remember if I needed one, but I probably did.
At 10k miles mine had plenty of lube on the pivot. Maybe the factory left yours dry.
As a shortcut, you could spray some WD40 or I like the HD Spray Lube. Just spray it around the pivot shaft area and work the pedal.

My front master Cylinder had the return spring go wonky causing the lever to stick as well. Had to have it rebuilt under warranty.
