Default Buzzing on new rear pads 14 FLHTK

Hello all,
While on a road trip noticed my rear pads were embarrassingly thin, (just made the dreaded you may be too late noise) Withing 15 very light driving miles hit the local dealership and the next morning changes the pads.

yes, I followed the instructions, even saw a video on the template with paste to be sure...

took the old pads out, cleaned everything up with break cleaner, applied the paste and as smoothly as I could inserted the pads in the calaper...

Now, prolly 1k later, I was getting a buzzing vibration here or there from the back when conning to a stop, all slow speed stuff..

last weekend took a 2 hour tight turn class and by the end of the class the pads were buzzing like mad...

how do you think I should proceed??

I've had the same noise on my 14 FLHTK with all 5 sets of rear brake pads. Sometimes I've gone thousands of miles without a sound. It seems to occur more if I'm in stop & go traffic and the brakes get hot. The current set of pads were quiet for the first 10,000 miles but now they're making noise, under very light braking, very often. I took a look at the outer pad and it does have some life left but I'm going to have to pop the saddlebag off and get a look at the inner pad. I'm not hard on the brakes and so far I've been changing the pads every 20,000 miles when replacing the tires. If you do find a solution, please post it. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.

I had the buzzing when I changed to (EBC)pads. but they work. I got tired of the buzzing and went back to harley pads.

The noise comes from the drilled holes in the rotors. The stock pads do it but high performance pads like the EBC HH pads I run on mine are louder still. I'll trade the noise for better performance.

I installed drilled and slotted rotors with high performance pads on my wife's car a few months ago. It now buzzes too...

Just though it was strange that it only happened to me with the new pads..
May try a few things, will let all know if I have any luck...
