Have you recently did a handle bar install? Have you had the twist grip sensor unplugged for any reason?
Unplug and replug the throttle body connector, there have been known issues with this. Take the positive lead off of the battery or remove the 40amp main fuse for 10 minutes.
Then try this sequence to reset the throttle: Turn the RUN switch to RUN, do not touch the throttle. Turn on the IGNITION SWITCH, wait for the CEL (Yellow engine light) to turn OFF. Turn off IGN only, wait for 10 seconds and repeat this sequence 3 more times. What it does is keeps the ECM awake for an additional 10 seconds and gives the TGS (throttle grip sensor) time to settle into a ZERO state.

Thanks pswomack, no work performed on handlebars or any wiring, I think maybe water got into an electrical connection somewhere. After I cleared the 2 codes it was still in limp mode, after it sat for a day I tried it again and was not in limp mode and throttle worked normally! CEL still remains on and the other codes are still there. Still warranty so took it to the dealer.

Glad I have the ESP.

I believe HD recommended Nyogel 760G on the non-golden TB connector pins to mitigate fretting corrosion.....some folks used regular dielectric grease but I believe 760G is specially formulated to prevent fretting....based on your findings it looks like maybe even the gold plated pins could benefit from this...somehow this message wound up in the wrong discussion thread.

I know this is an old thread, but we all know that a little lessons learned can always help others troubleshoot. My buddy had this issue for a few days, spent one day at the dealership with no answer. After troubleshooting himself, he learned that his throttle connector under the nacelle (Road Glide) was getting wet and shorting itself out. Put some dielectric grease on the connector and hasn't had a repeat of the problem.
