I've got Daytona Blue Pearl and thought about them on mine until I saw one. With the stripe on the saddlebags, the rails just don't look good.

 

Well, mine is amber/black - and I love the rails on mine.

Bottom line - to each their own.

 

I like them on your bike. It was just the way the rail lined up with the stripe on the saddlebag on mine that didn't look good. I like the looks of the rails and like the protection they give. If I ever repaint I'll put them on.

Next time someone is riding behind you, day or night, ask them how bright they are.
