As mentioned you get what you pay for.
They are probably made off shore and I would be willing to bet that you would be back on here in less than a year complaining about bad, peeling chrome and maybe worse.
I bought Screaming Eagle slip one new from the dealer for just over $300.00. They look great and the wife and I like the sound. Just right without being over the top. One year and 12k + miles and they look great.
