Default Anyone tried the Ebay slip on mufflers?

Looking at Ebay and found several slip on mufflers for sale. New not used. Some as low as $150. Some even have removable baffles. Anyone ever tried these? If so how is the quality? Chrome?

Keep in mind, In my experience, you do get what you pay for. Search DNA mufflers here and you can get a lot of comments.

As mentioned you get what you pay for.

They are probably made off shore and I would be willing to bet that you would be back on here in less than a year complaining about bad, peeling chrome and maybe worse.

I bought Screaming Eagle slip one new from the dealer for just over $300.00. They look great and the wife and I like the sound. Just right without being over the top. One year and 12k + miles and they look great.

A riding buddy bought $150 slip ons from ebay and they sound like crap. I dont know the name of them. I had the dna from Kc international for about 16k miles and they still sounded and looked great.

Ditto - I have the SE Street Cannons as well and love them. Got them 20% off when I bought bike last year.

I got a set of DNA slip ons off eBay for $150 shipped. Only had a month. Other than a little loud, I'm pleased.

I'm happy with my cheap slip on's from Ebay. Jones Full Boar with the removable baffles. I got the 2" baffles but may get the 2.5" and try them out. I've had them a few months and they're made in the USA. $200
