1. Turn IGN OFF. Wait 15 seconds.
2. Press and hold power/mute button. Turn IGN? to ACC.
3. Continue to press power button for 2 seconds after the WARNING screen is displayed.
4. Release power/mute button and accept warning.
The service menu may display Diag Service not Available when a menu option is initially selected. This message will clear once the system has finished performing the power-on process.
Options are: DTCs, Audio, Display, Key input, Component menus, Version info, Reset, Touchscreen.
Reset: Pre-calibration reset: Restores factory default settings. This is recommended when there are radio symptoms and no DTCs
Post calibration save: Archives customers settings so that they can be restored after a Post calibration Reset.
Post calibration reset: Resets the radio to factory default settings and restores the last archive data stored during Post calibration Save.

Update, worked on it all day tore connections apart, checked wires still no fix. One of my buddies said just for grins let try a old J&M headset he had laying around. IT works with the old headset. I have 2 brand new HD premium headset that wont work on there own system. Strange they both work fine on front jack but neither work on rear jack. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Guess I will be buying some J&M and get rid of HD junk. Bob

Glad you got it worked out. I have to agree that it is strange that they both work on the front jack and neither work on the back jack - especially sine the J&M work on the back jack.
Is the bike still under warranty - or, do you have an ESP. This might be something that you want to share with the dealer.
