Default batwing fairing question

While riding my 2016 SGS today I noticed the fairing is slightly out of alignment. It seems like the fairing is pointing slightly to the right when going down the road. I did just recently have the fairing off to replace the bars. Is there enough movement in the mounting bolts to cause the fairing to be out of alignment. The bike tracks perfect so I don't think it is a fork alignment issue. Any ideas?

Who did the work? Take it back to dealer and have them fix it? Warranty?

The outer fairing mounts one way to the inner fairing. The inner fairing rotates off and on onto an assembly in ONLY one position. If something is off position, take it back who ever did the bars and let them repair it correctly.
