Default Super Shox Review

I've had my Super Shox for almost 8,200 miles and I'm very satisfied with them. First, I chose these shocks because I'm 5'5" and I needed to be lowered. These shocks sit 1.5 inches lower and they still have the same travel distance as the stock HD shock. On previous bikes I've used HD low profile shocks and had a pair of HD shocks cut down by Bitchin Baggers. With the previous shocks, we always felt those bumps in the roadway.

My wife and I love these new Super Shox. My wife used to dread riding because of the bumps. She has some back issues and I would hear her cry out after hitting some bumps. The other day we rode and she stated again that she didn't have any issues at all. She even said she saw a couple of places where she thought we would bottom out and was expecting pain any second when she felt nothing. If you're looking for new shocks, especially if you need to get lower, I would encourage you to check them out. I know my wife is happy now.

What bike do you have these on and which model of super shox did you buy. I friend told me to look into these after I complained about the kmart shocks on my RGS.

I've got the same results from the Progressive 444s I put on mine. In my opinion you'd have to buy a very poor shock to not show an improvement over the stocker's.

I have a 2016 Limited. I have the standard spring. You can call them and they will help you figure out which one you need.
