Had the same thing happen to me turns out the EITMS had kicked on. So I used my tuner to turn that off. It would idle rough and have no power on take off until the cylinder would kick back on

 

Mine has been shutoff since day 2 of owning it so i dont believe that was my issue. I rode it maybe 2 miles and it went back to normal but i would like to find the cause before it breaks down on the side of the road

 

I am aware of these things. It is difficult to tell him something he doesn't know, because he is a know-it-all.
Like one said, it needs to be addressed before he breaks down on the road.

I'll have to find a way to explain this to him.
