I got the hammock, must be the newer version as it seems to push me forward a little.
More Comfortable than stock, but not perfect for me, and don't like the look. I'd swap to another if I find a deal..
so the real contenders for me at this moment are le pera outcast DLL and corbin gunfighter. i had a corbin on one of my sport bikes and remember it working well. but i hear a lot of problems with customer service from corbin lately.
I just bought the Saddlemen Road Sofa LS Extended Reach. It is about 1.5" back. I'm going on a 10 hour ride in 2 weeks. Can't wait to see how this rides compared to factory.

any opinions on these two seats?
I have the Outcast DLL on my bike; really like it - make sure you get the backrest for it
Why not try the Harley "Demo" seats which are available at most dealers. They have about 8 or 10 different ones that you take out for a day or so to try out.
FWIW the local HD dealership in my area doesn't Demo Solo seats.
Not sure if that is the normal HD Demo policy or just that of my not so helpful dealership?

The double seat is changed using one screw, perhaps the solo seats are considered to be too much work for a demo item?
