My left hand Joystick has stopped skipping tracks if use a USB stick or my Ipod on my 2016 SGS.Volume still works and if the radio is used it still works properly and will skip to next radio station.Does anyone know why it wont work on the plug in media but will with stock radio.The right hand joystick still works fine on everything.

 

Sounds like a setting issue. If you menu from the top bar, one of the left settings should correct it.

 

Go in and reset it to seek . That may fix it. For some reason once in a while the settings change. Issue I had HD replaced it twice before we figured it out.

 

Thanks guy's.Reset to seek in the menu and all is working again so thanks very much.Asked my local dealer and they thought it needed a software update and would need to be booked in as there was no reason for it to stop working.Happy man again.

 

Just one of those things unless you experience and stumble on the answer you think it is broken. Like I said Dealer replaced the toggle on mine twice under warranty on my 2016.
that was when we both knew it had to be something else and found it. So when the 2017 did just changed it back.

 

Ha, glad I found this. I have the same issue and I couldnt figure out why it wont skip tracks.

I just went and checked. Shuffle and repeat were off. I checked the shuffle box and tested again and it will go foreward and back in the song selection now. W00T!
