Rear brake pedal adjustment?

Rear brake pedal adjustment?
So,being a new owner of my first touring bike,2016 FLHXS,I have an issue I hope can be fixed easily here.On my first ride of only 40 or so miles,I noticed that the rear brake pedal is too high for my liking in relation to the footboard.Part of this is due to a previous surgery which leaves my mobility somewhat limited w/ the right foot.I gave it a quick glance when I got home, but it doesn't appear to be any adjustment for the pedal height. Is this the case?If not,can somebody direct in a quick how to?So far, other than this,I love it!
Also,is my bike considered a "Rushmore" model?

Go to softbrake and get a new pedal fitted to your needs: https://softbrake.wpengine.com/
And yes your bike is a Rushmore 2014-2016

As Harley builds their bikes to fit a 5'6" rider, none of the rider interface is to comfortable as your measurements exceed those dimensions. When you're 6'4" you can only hit the brake pedal by hoovering your foot over it with no contact with the floor board. The seat sets you so far forward an 8 year old can easily reach the handle bars from the driver seat.

I took a quick peek at the Softbrake sight. Is the brake pedal actually made to fit "lower" than the stock pedal? The adjustment I am looking for is lower,so I don't have to rotate my foot upwards as much and around to hit the pedal.Like on a Dyna with the threaded rod for height adj.
