Very cool. Thanks! Thats awesome. I hope mine does as well. The previous owner passed away and the wife had it in storage since 2019. I put 2 new tires on it, new spark plugs & air filter. I plan to do a 3 hole change at 10k and do same intervals as you after that.
I'd do the 3 hole change now, if its been sitting that long, then again at 10,000 miles, and go from there. Just for peace of mind.
Well, my riding season came to an end today. Fans don't activate when I do the throttle forward test, so I'm thinking waterpump. 117,XXX miles, so I guess I really can't complain.
old style water pump? My 15 had 3 of them until I upgraded. No complaints there.
Yep, the original pump. The new pump should eliminate that "is it gonna fail today" thought that has been lingering for 5 years, lol. Harley should be covering this too, but I guess they figure unless someone makes them, screw the customer.
Oh, and technically my season isn't over, I still have the Night Rod and got in a ride yesterday.
Stopped in at Workmans Harley-Davidson today a scheduled a pickup, of my Limited, for next week. A new waterpump and tires will be installed.....cha-ching.
The Limited will be picked up Thursday. A new water pump and tires are at Workman's, awaiting its arrival. Maybe I'll get in a few more rides after all.

Well, it snowed today and is supposed to snow tomorrow, so I'm not sure when I'll get the Limited back.
$600 or so. Not so bad and you get a good feeling knowing new water pump is in there. Upgraded pump? I'm on the original pump 2014 UL but only 16,000 + miles. Bought it last August with 1200 miles. I'll stick with it knowing I can still ride temporarily if it goes bad. Looks like an easy enough repair on Youtube.
