Trying to wire my Wild1 578's and the left side heated grip won't go on all the way seems the ID of the bar is on the small side.
Those that have done the mod looking for advice to make the ID of the bar larger.
Will probably reach out to Wild 1 for their thoughts also

Some bars tell you to remove 3/8" off the left side for heated grips. I have Wild1 Reapers and contacted Wild one to confirm this.

 

Thats done issue is the inner diameter of the bar, heated grip will not go into the bar without resistance
