Default Can receive Phone calls, and caller can hear me, but I can't hear them.

I have a 2015 Ultra-Limited w/Boombox that was working fine. Now when I receive a phone call the caller can hear me but I can't here them.
~Checked using a different headset to make sure that wasn't the problem, same thing occurred.
~Checked to make sure headset was the audio source selected to receive audio, Headset is selected.
~Checked that audio was not muted. Oddly, in checking Audio status via menu, it shows "mute" So I select "unmute" exit out, but then when I return to that menu "mute" is displayed again, I'm pretty sure unmute means not muted. At least that is what manual says.
~Using another phone had caller talk while I tried to adjust volume up (volume adjust must be done while call is in progress and person is speaking) volume is all the way up.

worked fine before, baffled as to what happened/changed.

dealership had no suggestions.

any trouble shooting ideas/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I believe the reason it shows mute - is simply because you have the vol turned down (off).

Do, this... use another phone to call your cell. While talking into the other phone, use the left paddle to turn the vol up.. I think that will resolve your issue.

From the home menu, go to setup

Then vol setup

Then rider headset. Once you get there, you will see the phone vol. Tell me what that is on. I still think you have that on 0 or mute

So.. decided to chance the software update, as it appeared there were no other options. Just completed the update and I can once again hear caller audio.

Did you try the above before updating?

I tend to agree this this suggestion. Sounds like the update probably just reset the factory defaults on volume.

Good luck hopefully all is good moving forward.

When I was having issues I reset my network setting and it worked for me.
It seems I have to do it with each update.

Check the following
Are you plugged in to the front or rear because each has its own volume control.
I would make a call and when I see I’m connected raise my volume to see.
If you have a cordless house phone bring it outside to bike and call your cell then play with system.
Make sure your volume on your phone is up to max.
