Default Bluetooth phone issue

I'm looking for some help with an issue on my '15 Road Glide Special. I use the Bluetooth connection for connecting Pandora to the unit, but since the phone also connects of like it to work also. Problem is, I can't be heard by the person on the other end. I can hear them just fine and no other issues seem to be there, just that they're not hearing me. I do have it switched to speaker and not headset. I don't know of any other things to look for.

You need to use a wired 7pin headset. It's the only way it will work. Your phones microphone will not work in the conventional way. Boom system is not setup with a Bluetooth headset profile.
You can use a Bluetooth unit (helmet, Sena, etc) but I'm not sure if that will route the call through the boom speakers.

Thank you Heloguy. I was hoping that it worked differently, as i don't care to wear any sort of headset or earpiece. I guess i just won't be answering any calls.....and that's fine with me too.
