If I recall correctly, he is able to provide an Ohlins shock that sits lower but still has a useful amount of travel.
Howard can do that and says she will love them! But Yelvington says they can as well plus they have a 30 day return policy.

Decisions...Decisions!!

Thanks for weighing in!!

I have a 2003 Electra Glide and had the (Yelvington Shocks) installed which are actually Suspension Technologies "Black Hills Series" shocks and they are great! You can get them on the Yelvington USA website or catch them at a show which is how I got them. Yelvington also has a Reverse for 2009 to 2017 Harley Touring models. Unfortunately they still don't have one for an older bike yet.

To me opinions are like ******** every has one! But I have been riding 43yrs and have owned countless of bikes and you can see the quality of their shocks. They can easily be adjusted by hand to adjust spring load and they do the job. I have been very happy with them throughout the year and 8k miles that I have had them. Sure beats any stock Harley shocks including the crap they put on the new 2017.

Since I have installed them my wife enjoys riding as a passenger and doesn't complain every time we hit a bump or go over Rail Road tracks. I have had six of my riding buddies also install these shocks on their Bikes and no complaints yet.

Also you can't beat their 30 day trial period. Trust me you won't send them back. I bought the 11" standard spring. I am 5'10" and 220lbs. I personally like the lowered look. They also have 12" and 13". Standard or heavy springs. They will ask you questions and will determine the best set up for you, your Bike and type of riding you do.

If you prefer not having your wife or girlfriend ride with you more than these are not the shocks for you!

I wish a company had a 30 day trial for exhaust!!!! I am on my 4th pair. I know that's another blog and hundreds of opinions.

I have these on my Dyna, 13inch. I met the owner in Daytona and had them installed right there. Love'm!

I have Ohlins 13inch on my 15 FLHXS....Ohlins win but really...they both rock.
