SENA 20S Freewire Audio feedback Problem
It seams as though I am the only guy on the planet that just purchased the SENA 20S/Freewire combo that can't get rid of hearing my voice in the speakers when giving navigation commands or phone calls on my 2014 FLHXS. HELP!!!
Side Tone is disabled on the 20S. Tried finding the Side Tone within the infotainment system that was told could be the problem with no success. I've exchanged both units for new ones, exhausted ALL troubleshooting measures with SENA tech support but can't get rid of the feedback, echo, whatever you call it. Someone help! Anyone having the same issue? Anyone know what the source of the problem could be?

I have the exact same setup as you and I'm using an iPhone 6. Once you have the freewire connected and your phones Bluetooth connected to the hd infotainment and sena go into your phones Bluetooth settings and forget this device for the sena. Now your phone should say connected to hd infotainment only. Try that and see if it changes anything. I haven't had the issues your speaking of with hearing my voice as I'm talking back into the speakers. And with everything setup this way your now able to control the infotainment when you use the push to talk button on the handlebars through your helmets microphone while speaking. Hope this helps. If you need me to check any other settings just let me know. Good luck

I also have the same issue with the freewire. I have a 20S. The radio sounds fine but talking on the phone through the radio, using intercom or the CB has a horrible audio feedback. Probably around a second delay. So talking is like, "Hello--Hello" and so on.
Last year I used the Harley Helmet adapter which has a cord to plug from the helmet mount to the 7 Pin-Same problem. So I am not sure it is Freewire related.
Hoping to figure this out. I did wonder if it could be mic. feedback through the speakers?
Annoying. If I cannot figure this out, it is going back.
