I rebuilt my forks when I put the chrome sliders on and I'm not looking forward to it again. My '09 has drain screws. So it won't just drain out if I take the screws out and the filler caps off the top? How much does the dealer usually charge to change the oil if they suck it out the top and put it back?

Yes, you can drain them by removing the drain screws and loosening or removing the top cap. I did it several times on my last two bikes. Set it up straight, remove the top cap, remove the drain screws and let it drain over night. I always flushed them a litle bit as well with clean fork oil. Just make sure you use a new seal washer on the drain screws or get new drain screws, they come with the seal washers.
