Jiffy Stand, Which Way
I love my 2016 Road Glide Ultra but I one thing that kind of drives me nuts.
The Jiffy Stand on my 2009 Road King when deployed, lean the bike over onto the kick stand and the bike would settle back and the kick stand would lock in and move forward.
The Road Glide will settle forward and the kick stand will settle towards the back.
I know that once the bike is on the stand that the design locks and it should be pretty much impossible for the kick stand to fold up. But I find it unnerving that the bike moves forward and the stand shifts back.
I have compared the part numbers between the two bikes and everything seems to be the same as far as the Jiffy Stand.
Anyone notice this with the newer models.

That is common. I would suggest you keep any eye on the bolt (#4) that holds down the leg stop (#23). I've seen it loosen up on a few bikes. Medium thread locker & 15-20 ft lbs.
Good luck.
