Default Who has a King Tour Pak on their Rushmore Road King?

I need more space to carry stuff on my sales calls and I'd like some feedback on the tour pak on a Road King.

Pics would be nice too.....

Not a tour pack, but here is my solution for more storage.

http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ng-touring-bag

It is a nice bag with a lot of room, can sit on a luggage rack or like I use it on the passenger seat, with a clip-on backrest. I used it on a 1300 mile trip this spring and several shorter trips since then. It never moved even through the twisties. It is easy on, easy off - just release the two straps and lift it off. That is also its downside, no way to secure it. If you need something that locks, then the tour pack is the better option.

It's on when 2 up or traveling. Removes very easy. Shop around on line. I got the mount, pack, and backrest for close to $1000.00. I forget the HD online store but it was in Wisconsin. If you can afford it don't go with a cheap generic. They look like crap.

Saw one of the generic ones in a dealership. You're correct. Looks like crap.

Default No Rushmore - BUT!

I don't have a Rushmore but I opted to put a full size Tourpak on my RK. I also installed the LED Tourpak wrap around lights, trunk light (MUCH easier at night) and trunk liner.
