Excellent, as stupid as I might sound, where do I start?
I want the chopped with the king backrest, this is all OEM stuff correct?
Not after market.
I do have the HD detachable luggage rack and back rest so assume Im good for that part.
I just need the chopped tour pack and king back rest or also option of the chopped backrest. Do you attach the backrest itself? Drill?
Or is it plug and play?
If any of the above sounds stupid, its not. Started talking about this last summer with my wife. For long trips but then, when we get home I want to be able to unclip the Tourpack and pop the backrest/luggage rack back on.
Any input ... thanks... btw, bike looks great.

Thanks for the compliment!
I originally bought the HD chopped tourpak and chopped mustang backrest. I liked the look but the GF said it vibrated on her back, so I bought the king backrest and had to drill the holes. Feels much better for her.
If I had to do it again, I would buy the chopped bottom and king top. A good parts guy can order them seperate, You buy the lock and keys coded to your bike seperately and the latches. This is all OE stuff. i like the quality better, and I made a couple good flips on craigslist so cost wasn't a problem. Boardtracker or if your dealer has a 20% off sale will save a couple bucks.
Actually, I would look into just getting the King tourpack to begin with. I don't have the extra brake light wrap around. If you want that, more drilling and buying the Y harness. I usually take it off in the summer along with the windshield and lowers. So a king tourpak on for a little while in late fall and spring don't hurt.

Hey
I am looking to add a tour pack to my 2016 Cop Glide. I still have the tour pack mount on the rear and am looking for something I can mount there. I see several people here say HD only as all the aftermarket stuff is junk. I have looked at some aftermarket stuff, as I really don't want to pay over a thousand bucks for a trunk. Some I have seen do not come with mounting hardware, some say that new holes will have to be drilled to fit the 14 and up bikes. Has anyone here put one of these tour packs on? Has it worked out well, or was it a bust? Where do you get the mounting hardware? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting ready to flip a coin and either get one of these tour packs or a Woodys' fairing.....
