Default New map for BOOM! Nav finally out??

Am I reading this correctly? A new map is finally out? $149.95.
Don't know if it's worth it, but maybe includes some fixes.

Seems fishy to me. If not from harley-davidson.com I wouldn't trust it.

That is the authorized Harley upgrade site for BOOM!. At least that is what I was led to believe. Got there from HD.com

HD didn't install a Garmin based NAV system; it's the company that does NAV for tons of auto brands/OEM-style units etc.

The map is NA-MY2017 (15Q2) release....$149.95 is the going rate for any of NAVIEXTRAS map updates, at least since I had my Advent OGM-1 in my old Silverado.

I get notices for map upgrades for my cage....another $100.00 + for the latest maps but a "new" bridge near my home is not their and it screws with the navigation when I have plugged in an address. Would I spend the money on a new HD map....nope, the bridge is there when I ride over it on my bike! The current map is fine for me!

Harley does not make maps for the Boom System.
Naviextras is the official supplier of maps, and the only place your going to get them from.

This company is a major supplier of navigation maps for many of the OEM navigation units in the world, and is who Harley is using also.

Yeah it looks like there's a new update for Naviextras software. New maps date is 15Q2.

Maybe I'm wrong in my assumption. I apologize for being rude. Is that why the map looks like ****?
