I got the black quartz lowers. Color match is spot-on.

Yea really interested in these... Uppers/lowers (with 6x9 cutouts) painted, stripped for $918... I mean if the paint quality is good you can't beat the price.

I need a day where the sun comes out!

No pinstripes on the lowers. Pinstripes for Black Quartz were not available on the stretched bags when I ordered the lowers - otherwise I'd have ordered them too.

Mine is pretty bad @Hotwire it takes a lot of force to get the rear to line up and lock the 1/4 turn Dzuz fastener. I have tried everything with little luck. Not too happy with the end result. If you find a better solution, let the rest of us know.

Sorry, still a NOOB here...

Mine is pretty bad... it takes a lot of force to get the rear to line up and lock the 1/4 turn Dzuz fastener. I have tried everything aside from serious modifications to the bag rails. No luck. What concerns me the most is the stress being placed on the bag once I've muscled it in to place. It's a matter of time before the right temperature and a bumpy road may cause a problem.

HogWorkz wasn't very helpful and only offered suggestions on how to fix it when I should have just sent them back - they should be offering a product that isn't defective. Not too happy with the end result.

If you find a better solution, let the rest of us know.

Not a bad idea but the problem isn't the entire length of the muffler, it's only the last inch or so (posting photos here).

Any luck with the 2015 Amber Whiskey bags and pinstripe? Are you a vendor for the Forum? Do you provide a forum Discount?

I would still try. You don't need much. I was able to get quite a bit of adjustment there when putting on my new longer shocks.

Sunny day makes all the difference. Most pics our bikes look vivid black. In the nice sunlight that flake jumps out. Some times it's almost a root beer color.
