Possibly so, like I said I only have rock chips on my bags down toward the bottom.

Beisdes the batwing and road glide fairings which are up pretty high & the front/underside of your saddlebags (which can take some abuse too), the lowers and where they are located would seem to be a prime target for rock chips.

I'm gonna check out Advan for the stretched bags and rear fender extension later this year. Will report findings on my 15 SGS when I do.

Yeah, I get that. Not a single chip on my bags down low, even after 15,000 miles. The lowers, are covered in them.

I ordered a set of the morocco gold saddlebags with the dual 6x9 lids. for something like this you would assume they are sold in pairs. yet I received only one today. i'm pretty sure these lids weren't 900/pr that seems excessive. the tracking just says that my order was picked up today. so do I need to spend another $1,200 to get the matching saddlebag?

I received my CVO fender from Advanblack they shipped it Monday pm from Hong Kong and it was delivered at noon today Thursday by USPS...3 1/2 days to Florida...I’ve been very excited to get it and I’m not disappointed one bit..the paint Vivid Black looks like a mirror with no damage or scratches and it’s identical to the Harley CVO fender...I won’t be able to install it on my Ultra Limited until Monday..but will post pics when I do..

I will add that Sam from Advanblack must have seen this thread, and he sent me a PM. He has kindly offered to replace my lowers. Regardless of how the replacements hold up, I'd call that pretty darn good customer service.

+1 for Advanblack.

That is great customer service. Im planning on ordering the 2 into 1 bags and extension soon so I they will be here in time for riding season to start. It would be nice if the cvo fender was offered for the 2 into 1 bags.
