Yes please post pictures. The Bad Dad Bags I have are developing cracks and " flaking" on the inside.Also the company I ordered from used pinstripe tape and the paint is very thin.
I ordered the painted lowers from Advan and I am very pleased. So I'm curious about what you get....

yeah, I promise to get plenty of photos. it's been one week and I haven't heard anything, but website says 3 week lead time, so I wouldn't expect to have heard anything by now.

 

been a month, I've received a tracking number... my bags are currently in China...

Waiting on mine as well, email said they were in final stages with painter and would ship next week. I also will post pics when I get them

 

I want to see plenty of pictures of these before i pull the trigger. I'm a bit skeptical about fitment.

I was absolutely not optimistic about this purchase. I did receive the bags today, 5/22. order was 4/18. no big deal, paint.
the paint matches, which is a bonus. there's orange peel, but without that it wouldn't really match... thanks epa. the pinstriping is one color, which I figured since there was only one color listed on the order form. I stripe so I'm ok with this - quick fix, but be aware before you place order for the mysterious red glowhatever.
swapping hardware was stupid easy. holes were predrilled and lined up perfectly. I ripped the rubber off of the bottom of the bags and was about to call the $stealership for a new set when I noticed the accessory bag... nice touch advan.
mounting the bag with the pins was slightly more effort than the originals. just being honest... not enough to send it back. I'll try it again in a month and see if it's formed a little to the bike.
that's all of the bad, just in the interest of giving you a solid review.
the good?
cost. these things were inexpensive. Paint matches. the plastic feels more sturdy than the stock bags. Idk about impact resistance, I don't ever intend to find out and I've seen stock bags shatter on impact, so...
and they look great.
I initially purchased these as a stop-gap on my way to the whole ***-end swap, but I'd ride these perm with no hesitation.
