So can you expand on "went out of their way to make it right"?

As of this moment HogWorkz has my vote, but i could still be swayed.

 

I have their lowers in Superior Blue and they're flawless as far as I can tell. I plan on buying their tour pak in the future.

This Thread says saddlebags has anybody purchase their stretched bags and if so how do they like them so far I heard about issues we're all the mounting brackets go if this is true

 

Not great reviews from some of the Harley FB posts I've seen. A video from a guy who said the paint wasn't perfect, ordered color matched latches, got black, ordered 6x9 speaker lids, got regular lids. They may make everything right, but who needs the *** pain?

Yea, I know. Sponsor or not, That thread on Road Glide Owners World Wide has about a dozen people who've purchased and not been thrilled. Sorry, didn't realize until now that they are a sponsor, but can't keep that quiet either... I'm sorry, China manufacturing isn't my thrill,, people, probably kids working for pennies on the dollar wages,,,

 

On a side note, Steve, has contacted the person in the FB page thread I mentioned above, he's doing anything he can to help the guy out. Sounds like great Customer service. It's obvious you're better off dealing with the vendor or an authorized seller, then a third party. Good job Steve! Glad to see that.

 

Ordered a set of these in mysterious red sunglo, with pin striping from advan. I'll post full pics of what I receive.
