Default Corner stone esp

I'm sure it's been tossed around a few time but I would really appreciate some pros and cons pertaining to the Cornerstone ESP. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated as I'm on the fence.
Thanks

Default Cornerstone

I purchased the ESP from them about 5 months ago and got the tire warranty also. A few weeks ago I got a screw in the back tire in Ouray, put in a can of fix of flat and rode the Million Dollar Highway into Durango. HD there charged $426 for a new back tire installed. I had to pay for it but Cornerstone had a check to me for the full amount by the end of the week. Looks like a reputable company so far....

Hope this helps.

Did the dealer refuse to go directly through Cornerstone?

I just purchased the +5 yr. & wheel/tire through Boardtracker.

Haven't had a claim yet. Although my 2015sgs is still under factory warranty.

When I had my Heritage I had a flat rear tire (picked up a screw), dealer replaced the tire and tube at no out of pocket from me. Got the ESP again when I purchased my FLHXS.

If its on the weekend you will have to pay but like the previous post they send you a check right out and if its during the week they can pay the dealer right over the phone. For a grand difference and no deductible thats not too much trouble for me.

No, they called and started the process, Cornerstone just could/would not come up with the payment before I was ready to roll and the dealership (VERY understandably) did not want to let the bike go without payment. No big deal to me, very happy with Cornerstone so far.

I used my Cornerstone wheel and tire warranty for the first time a few days ago. The HD dealer said it was a small hassle, but that was just in setting up the HD account with Cornerstone. Apparently I was their first Cornerstone customer. After the account set-up everything went smooth as silk.

It was no hassle at all for me. I'm very satisfied with Cornerstone.
