Default Look what Corbin did

Man I can't get a break with vendors lately. Check out the new Dual Tour that arrived yesterday. Looks like someone's fingers had glue on them. Corbin wants me to return a brand-new seat for them to "repair"...

I really like my Corbin, but I have to ask if they fail to QC prior to shipment.

Maybe ask them what they recommend to get it off yourself and save trouble of shipping and waiting. They may tell you to use XYZ on it. They will probably use a solvent and conditioner and send it right back anyway.

Did that; they told me to try a light mineral oil to remove it… No dice

Now they want me to return it for repair. Which means waiting a week for it to get from Chicago to California, followed by an undetermined amount of time for them to re-cover it, and then an add'l week for FedEx to return it to me.

By the time it's been through all this back-and-forth, it won't even feel like a brand-new seat anymore

I want a new corbin, but the lock on one of mine is ****ed up and I need to use pliers to get it off.
