HP & TQ #'s for full exhaust and tune
I was looking at some dyno graphs from various places and curious as to what real #'s should be from a good 2/1/2 headpipe FM, fullsac, VH, etc with a good muffler to match would be, along with a good tuner (PV, TTS, etc). Some of the FM dyno's they have on their site look a tad "happy" to me. Can I really expect 90-93 HP and 108-110 TQ from just these mods?
I'm not necessary looking to add a bunch of power.....the OL is tired of the heat being thrown off at her. Hoping to cool things down. BUT I will take the power

The worst thing about dyno numbers is they can change. Elevation, pressure, temperature, fuel grade and so on and so on. A lot of things can be factors to good and bad numbers. Compare fuelmoto sheets to eachother and you will find what should be the same bikes getting different numbers on different days. Pay attention to the gains on a certain bike and the days it's done. Take your bike and have it dynoed and your gains should be real close.

I think the numbers you quote are probably doable, though maybe on the high end of what to expect. I have SE air cleaner, SE race tune, V&H 2-1-2 headers and pipes. HP went from 69.7 to 86.3 and TQ from 85.2 to 104.7. I doubt I'll do anything else to the engine. These are better numbers than I got with my TC88 with 95ci big bore, cams and head work. The 103 is a fine thing!

I had fm pro billet ac, fat cat 2-1, power vision tuner, and baseline map from fm (never ran autotune) as i was getting the 107 upgrade from them in like a month. The before dyno was 78hp 97 torque. after was 114.5/123.3, and that was about the worst conditions for air. It rained all day and was super humid when they dyno'd. Numbers will improve with better air, but that's what it put down. YMMV depending on the time of year, location, how good the air is, etc.

My stock 2015 110 went from 83.6 hp and 99.4 torque, to 92.9 hp and 109.7 torque with a Fulsac DX headpipe and a set of Crusher slip ons. Tuned by Doc's Performance Tuning. So yes its doable. With a 110 anyway, you didn't specify which motor your talking about. These numbers are SAE by the way.
