Review the blue book on your bike, make sure he isn't giving you a good price and reducing your trade. I also got 1000 over blue book, so check that.

If the trade value is good then it does sound like a good deal.

You can still say at 29100 i'm in, where do i sign, he can only say no or give you a counter offer, meet him in the middle another 500 off would still be good, even if in a gift card, and or a free 1k service.

Good luck.

Those are all gimmicks.... Red flags. My dealer just lists MSRP (same as the Harley website down to the penny). No add on's at all. I bought two bikes from them and got between 9% and 11% off the bikes. But they have told me they are blocked from taking even 1 penny off a CVO bike. Not sure if this is true or not, but I know a few who bought CVO's and paid full retail from this dealer. All Dealers are different. I feel like my Dealer is straight up, will negotiate on any non-CVO bike on the floor. Good luck let us know how you do.

Just to be clear, I bought non-CVO bikes. A softail Breakout and a softail Fatboy "S" (the Fatboy was for my wife).

My sales girl told me the same about the CVO.

I got 5,000.00 off a CVO RGU 2 days before Christmas and almost 2,000.00 more on my 2014 Limited I traded in... Just saying... If they need sales they will do what ever they need to do to keep the lights on.

Sales manager called and told me that 30100 is the price and thats it he said im f in crazy wanting more off and started ranting and raving about running a dealership and how much it cost very nasty on phone and telling me he has other people intereseted in bike i told him ok good luck. The other dealer i got price from is 350 more but much nicer and i bought my other bikes there should i just take the hit and buy from dealer i am comfortable with that i been dealing with for years?

Just think of how this dealer would have been if your bike started to have issues. I'll honestly pay more for outstanding customer service...then save money and deal with poor service.
