I have had this GPS since August of 2013. In the last week I have decided I am going to learn how to use it up to this point I have not used it. Honestly I am having no trouble probably because I do not know better and have nothing to compare it to. It's been easier to learn than I thought it to be. I do have one question what is the crossroad tab? What does it do why is it there? Is it just simply you put in an intersection?

Yep. Just plug in crossroads and It will take you there.
