Rear break pedal sticking

In each case, I just had the dealer clean and lube the rear brake pedal shaft and that took care of it.
I had to do that a couple of weeks ago while in Las Vegas. I had been on a two week riding trip and hit a lot of rain, dirt, hail and whathaveyou. Tech thought I was nuts and that there must be something else wrong. I just asked him to entertain me by just doing it seeing I was paying for it regardless (tactfully of course). They did so and as expected it fixed the issue. They said it was a first for them. I just explained that nearly all of the 72K miles on the bike was touring so I had been exposed to this issue several times.

The later models do not have a grease fitting so dust & other crap can get in & eventually cause the pedal to stick. Remove the pedal nut, shoot some WD40 in there & work the pedal back/forth & it should free up. Worse case is the return spring inside the master cylinder is broken & you'll have to remove the pedal to repair it.

Just put my buddies 2015 Road Glide back together to fix this exact problem. Rear brake petal would bind when depressed. Removed the rear brake arm, polished shaft and added a small amount of never seize to the plastic bushing. Works like new. Have to imagine this is happening to others as well.
