My 2015 Ultra Limited came with this. Frankly, IMHO the "Tool Pouch" is more useful than the actual "Tool" is. But someone at your Dealer has it somewhere. I also had to ask my selling Dealer about the Headset. Then they "found" it.
Yes, there is a small toolkit that fits in the little net pouch in the tourpack. It doesn't do much, we used to get real working tools and the price we pay now we get a lot less now...
So, with all the complains of this tool kit, which i totally understand and cant believe they even try to give us something like that to make repairs, does anyone have a real took kit that they use? For example the Harley Cruz kit or snap on kit... etc
My 1992 FLHTCU came with a "tool kit" ... nothing fancy but enough to get you out of ( some ) trouble ... I hung on to it and have made a few additions and it lives in the saddlebag of the 2009 just in case
I carry way too many tools and miscellaneous odds-and-ends in the starboard saddlebag. Many of my long roadtrips include parts of the western states (Nevada) sparsely populated and with limited (read NO) cell coverage...places you REALLY want to be prepared.
