So I am curious and have not seen specific information as to what exactly makes this 103 build a "High output" motor. What is it? Bigger cams? compression ratio? Better HP and TQ specs from the factory?
I read somewhere that the compression ratio is 10.2:1.
Don't know what the stock hp/tq is but I will find out in a few weeks when I have mine dyno tuned.
Any idea what the comparison is from stock? Are they SE cams?
Compression is listed by model on Harley's website. "S/E" doesn't really mean anything as it's just a marketing term. The cams are similar to the 255s, but pull much better at higher RPMs than any 255 I've ever ridden.

Bad *** and IMO, the best Harley motor ever from the factory.
Moco literature states 50% increase from new air cleaner design and 50% from cam change.
intake with 30% more airflow and cams with a little more duration and lift .211" vs .198" than 13 and earlier cams, similar to a SE-255 but 4 deg later and much less lift .255"
