I just purchased a set of lowers with the glove boxes. But I plan on also purchasing the speaker pods. My question, actually several is it easier to install the speaker pods when I install the lowers and just do away with the glove boxes? To match up my current system from BT, I plan on getting the 6.5 Titan speakers. What do I do for speaker grills? Can someone recommend a set of grills? Or do I buy the Boom grills from HD?

I replaced the glove boxes after installing the lowers, no worry to do one or the other. They mount up pretty easy. I have a set of brand new Polk speaker grills I never used. $20 shipped and they're yours. I am going with chrome ones. I haven't upgraded stereo yet other than JBL speakers, but will be soon. Going with BT amp and Arc Audio Moto 602s in upper and lower fairings.

 

I have HD lower speaker pods from my 14 SGS for sale.....kept them when I traded for a 16 RGU.

 

Use the Harley OEM grills. But $60 a pair, gotta pay to play
