I apologize for my rant, but give then a call that way you will know exactly what you get. Especially if you use their Seat Simulator to design your seat.

Seat simulator? Something they send you or do you need to go to their store/factory?

I don't understand...if a company is giving discounts for those that attended a rally, then leave it at that. Did you attend the rally? No? Well...go attend or just buy the seat. Why provoke a company statement of promotion to cause an issue because you feel enititled to the 10% discount? You didn't attend the rally. That's it.
And yes, Corbin makes a great seat. You stated they're the best out there, so get one. Maybe they didn't respond right away because you're questioning a simple promotion and sparking an issue they're annoyed with.

On the Corbin site they have a seat listed just for the 14-16 Rushmore HD touring seats.

I've had a Corbin seat on my last Harley and loved it and I plan to get another for my Ultra, when I can amass the funds.

I've e-mailed Corbin many times before and have NEVER received a response. I think it's just that they don't monitor their e-mail at all. Call them instead and you'll get far better response. Marty (x315) is VERY helpful and informative.

Note there is a difference in two-up touring seats from Corbin for later models. It's primarily the depth of the rider's seat and width of the passenger's seat. Again, if you call and talk to someone at Corbin, you're likely to be informed of this. You can get an earlier model touring seat that is narrower and will fit later models, if that's what you want. I was told this by Corbin sales rep when I called... ;-)
