Default Cracked brake caliper ..

So I posted in another thread about my right rear shock dripping oil and today when I went to stick my head in there to check on it found a cracked brake caliper. This is on my 16 Road King with about 6,000 miles,What do you think?

I don't see a crack in the caliper, I see a crack in the pad, but for darn sure take it back to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty.

Stress crack in the pad no big deal nothing to worry about unless it spits the pad part out. I bet if you looked at the brakes on your truck there probably cracked also. Some even cut grooves in them.

I think that line is the wear indicator grove #5 according to the 14 Touring Service Manual (page 1-43)

That is a wear indicator groove, it's nothing to worry about, looks just like the ones on my 2016 FLHTK.
