I agree with LP on this, if they say that the EITMS was the problem because it was turned off, that will be a load of bull crap.

If the fans never come on at all, there is something wrong, either in the ECM or the Temp Sensor/Wiring. This system works basically the same as an automotive system, the Temp Sensor tells the ECM what the temp is and the ECM then turns the fans on.

 

This sounds like just what I was trying to avoid, BS. After researching this heat mngt system it only turns off the rear cyl so in essence while sitting at a light it will be cooler that's really not an issue I guess, I only noticed the heat on a long ride not sitting in traffic so tomorrow when I pick it up ill have to go through the song and dance. I'll give them the benefit of doubt and ride it. Ive got a 100 mi trip for tomorrow afternoon to see family and it's supposed to be warm so that will be a good test. I'll keep this updated.
