Default Solo seat

So it's about that time of year here in the East when daily riding can happen again.

Just wondering on solo seat recommendations or what you have on your FLHXS...

Many different brands and thoughts but I like Mustang seats quite well. I have a solo wich is for sale and a two up touring and both can be sat on for a lot of hours out on the road. Let me know if you mite be interested in it and I will make you a good deal on it.

I bought a Mustang solo seat - then brought it to my seat guy who did a little mod to it - so much better than Corbin seats

Interested in this discussion. I just joined the Harley family with my purchase of a 2015 Road King two weeks ago. I am still getting used to the bike (rode my previous metric cruiser for 20 years) but my biggest issue with the stock seat is the width at the front. I am a shorter fella (29" inseam), and I struggle in parking lots maneuvering the bike around with my legs spread wide like some OB/GYN torture machine. I like the look of a solo and want to send a clear message to my wife not to expect any rides, but am interested in which models have a narrower front neck to allow me to reach solid ground a little easier at stops and such.

This is my corbin classic solo. They are very firm and built for long days in the saddle. Not for everyone but i love mine. Real leather.
