Its velocity red sunglow not victory . I bought a one owner trade Road Glide Special for $20,100 with 3 k miles OTD. Sticker price for a 2016 RGS is $23.500 for a in a non custom paint color i.e. Vivid Black. Out the door means it includes all costs where i'm from other than registration and plates.. If you had to pay sales tax , title , registration or any other fee that is not OTD pricing. If you can get any new bike out the door for sticker price its a good deal. That is what i got for a quote *sticker price* on a 2016 Road Glide Ultra but it wasn't in the price range i wanted to spend.
You can get way better deals on barely used nearly new year olds imo. Ironically they quoted me $1700 more for a 2015 SGS for the same year and similar mileage and it already sold. Street Glides are better sellers for dealers for some reason than Road Glides so they can charge more. You didn't get a bad deal you got a normal pricing deal imo for a new financed 2016. After taxes i suspect you paid more than MSRP. No matter what you got an awesome machine! $22,500 OTD with no other fees would be a deal.

Used bikes were selling for close to what I bought new for (and I would still have to pay sales tax on used). I am the original owner with full warranty.

A Velocity Red Sunglo FLTRXS MSRP is $23,999 plus $435 freight, $579 handling, and $394 set up for a total of $25,407 so at $22,500 OTD I saved $2907 And I got them to throw in the docking hardware $143. Sales tax and registration is not and should not be included in OTD pricing. I bought in NH which doesn't have a sales tax, I live in MA which has a 6.25% sales tax. Some states have 8% sales tax. The OTD price should be the cost to purchase not what your state charges on top of it.

Just curious, the dealers show msrp + freight + setup charges here but no handling fee.....
Sounds like a way to get 579.00 from the buyer just because, they can!
I get pissy with what the local dealers call " Documentaion fees" of 50.00 or 75.00, I tell them to give me the paperwork and I'll go to the DMV! That's just BS! The dealer sells 10 bikes charges 50 plus per bike, sends someone to the DMV and make 500 plus doing it. I should charge the dealer a mileage surcharge for driving to them to purchase the bike! Sorry, rant over and way of thread topic!
I would think that a good round figure to use would be a 10% off of MSRP after freight and setup. JMO
