Dealers are discounting the RG in the eastern part of the country. They wont budge much on the SG though.

I paid $21500 for my RGS plus tax, title and license. I also got 15% off parts (I ordered a color matched tourpak, 4 point mount, hidden antenna, lock kit).

Found a 2015 Road Glide Special - Denim Black and they quoted me 26,100 OTD with tax, title, and plate fees.

I feel like this is a total rapping. I am taking my trade down to them (2013 Honda Fury) on Wednesday. Sight unseen they said they would give me between 5,800 to 6,500 on my bike.

Plan is to go in and basically say $22.5K OTD everything included (tax of 6%, title fee $15.00?, and plate fees $15.00?). Then go for add on's after that. Basically just want to get stage one and passenger backrest.

I feel that it is still a 2015 model that has been sitting around for 6+ months that they are paying a tax of some kind for sitting on the floor each month. I am also going to take a hit with "resale value" as it is already a year old.

What are your thoughts?? I think that is reasonable or at least a starting point.

Also if they don't like the 22.5k bid what type of other incentives do people go for? Free parts? Had the idea of trying to get Stage One at their cost and labor if they didn't budge on price.

I have all ambition to walk if they laugh.

I just checked out another dealer and they had the denim black 2015 and said they would do MSRP Out the door, included on the BS fees and Tax Tile License.

I still think it should be a little less.

The dealer also had a dressed out 2015 road glide S. Looked amazing. had about 4k in parts. $29500 out the door.

Not sure what to do now!

Paid 17,600 for a 15 sgs. Taxes on top of that I walked out the door for 19,830 and got 25% off whatever I put on the bike. I'm in Canada but I'm talking in usd.

And OTD means after tax in Canada - LoL

I'm assuming that's on a used vehicle?

It was a demo, it had 300 km so 200 miles on it. Got it on Boxing Day. They had it on for 5000 off msrp and I have dressed a few bikes up there before. Currently it's getting a 110 in it. They knew I would spend lots of money on parts so I think they moved on the price for that reason

Don't know If your still looking, I bought my '15 RGS last July @ Cowboy Harley in Beaumont. Paid $ 21500.00 total. Tax, Title, License included. No prep ,doc. fee, or freight
charge were added. Give them a chance before you pull the trigger @ Stubbs or Mancuso's. I shopped almost 10 dealers from Houma, La. ,Scott, La. ,Houston, Woodlands, Conroe, Lake Charles, etc. Beaumont beat all of them by over $500.00
