I am looking at the dresser duals and the power duals for my 15 roadglide. other than the cost, what's the real difference between the two headers?

Both are great pipes.
The power duals are a little better for overall performance.
I have the power duals and am very happy with them.
Everybody will have their own opinion on this question you are posting.
Good Luck

I have the Power Duals as well. It was explained to me that the crossover causes the headers to behave like a 2 into 1 pipe. The exhaust pulse from one cylinder helps scavenge the other, hence the the slight performance benefit. You don't get that with a 2 into 2 pipe. However, the Dresser Duals have a cleaner look, so I guess it boils down to whatever floats your boat! It's great to be an American.

You are spot on with the differing opinions with the VH pipes. I run the dresser duals on my 14 SG and love them. Capped with 4" rhineys she sounds sweet! When it comes to performance, she has all I want and then some!

From what I've read on here, these descriptions are spot on. Most say the difference in performance is minor. I've also read that the dresser duals produce a more 'classic' harley 'potato-potato-potato' sound. Hope to find out in a month or so when I get them along with the V&H 450's. CAN'T WAIT!

The Power Duals have the X crossover.

I have the PD also. Well made and designed pipe. I'll echo that the PD cross pipe design is meant to act as a 2-1, scavenging etc. Thus creating more power. How much more? That's up to a dyno, but I'm sure it is enough for them to take the time and money to produce it. I am satisfied with the pipe along with their Titan 450s.

Looking at the pictures, I actually like the look of the dresser duals more. They just have a cleaner look to me.

Power Duals here too with V&H High Output 4 1/2" mufflers. I actually like the look of the X pipe and the sound is great. A bit more power never hurts either.

I have the dresser duals with CFRs. I get compliments all the time on the sound. Do I gain a bit more power if I had the power duals? Possibly, but the look of the dresser duals is so much cleaner.
