A buddy of mine just ordered a true duels system from MGS. I have not heard of them or anything they make. I was just curious if anyone had their product. What is the sound like and how it fits up. Thanks

 

They're a site vendor on this forum...great system. Personally, I don't have it on my bike, but it's my next choice. Other members who have their set-up will chime in tho...

I had their universal slip ons with a set of crusher dual headers. Sounded similar to a rinehart and looked good but started to chirp after a few months.

 

I have their True Dual setup on my '14 Street Glide Special and love them. Nice and mellow while cruising but really bark when you get on them. My Dad liked them so much he ordered a set with the loud baffles for his CVO. We both couldn't be happier. Also, customer service was excellent. I had a question while installing on a Saturday afternoon and called them up and they answered my question.

 

I have the loud slip on with dresser duals, I definitely like them. I had v&h hi-outputs before them and tried cfrs, os 450's, and big louies. Stuck with the MGS.

 

I ran the Fuelmoto 2-1-2 with MGS mufflers on my SG. Nice little setup. all oem heat shields went on the jackpot, and the 4" mufflers were a deep rhinehart-ish sound. Best of all, I got them during a sale they had bc they had a batch that hand some "imperfections" in the chrome. I only noticed a slight blemish by the mounting hardware thus covered by the bag.. and you had to look real hard to see it. I have never heard the loud baffles, which I would be tempted to listen to.


I went to a 2-1 setup on my RG, and gave them to my brother, he runs them on his SG with a V&H true dual header. He just put the header on, and says it sounds good. Haven't heard it yet, since its snowing in Ohio.

 

I have their TD and absolutely love them. I bought the blems and couldn't find the flaw but oh well. I have had no issues so far and have over 28,000 miles on them.
