I'll be throwing the Hammock on here once I get the bike back together. I had some gift cards and picked it up for a good enough deal that I can get my money back on it if I decide to sell it.

Ive got about 40k on my Ultra modified mean city cycles seat. I can do 600+ mile days without a problem.
I had them move me back and down. They cut a channel for my tail bone and added the memory foam.
Im planning on sending it back this summer for heated elements and to replace the memory foam (if its needed).
Hands down the single best item I have bought for either of my 2 touring bikes.

While this thread is mostly about sitting position, the real gem of the Hammock is that the typical hard seat pan is replaced with a flexible sling that mostly eliminates those harsh shocks sent up your spine when you hit a pot hole or culvert. This feature is what pretty much sets the hammock seat apart from the others.
Since each rider is physically different, still the best way to evaluate one is to sit on it and go for a ride.
On my 12 street glide, I needed a more padded passenger seat, so got the highly regarded Sundowner. She loved it, but it scrunched me up against the tank, and while it rode comfortable in the seat, I cringed everytime I needed to come to a quick stop : >(
For me, the Hammock was perfect. Gave both me and passenger room to be comfy, easy to install my backrest, and no more jarring bumps.
Now when I ride, the seat rarely enters my mind. Can ride tank after tank and keep a smile on my face.

This is an older thread, but I didn't see any reference to MCC modifying the heated hammock seat. The CVO heated hammock on my bike ('15 Road Glide) is too wide at the front/tank juncture and sits me WAAY too forward, to the point that when I use footbrake the upright angle of my foot is severe. The Mustang Vintage Solo I had on my previous bike solves both problems. Now to the point of the comment - I contacted MCC about modifying the seat to move me back and add the memory foam but to my surprise was told they don't work on the heated H-D seats.

I have a hammock on my 14 Limited. I like the seat. I also have the adjustable backrest.
The backrest will rub the front of the seat opening in its stock form. I rectified the issue by adding 1/4" bushings to the front mount brackets. I located them between the bracket and frame. That essentially tips the backrest rearward and centers the backrest opening towards the center of the seat opening. No issue so far

Another Hammock user here. All day comfortable for me. 6'1" with a 34" inseam. Rides a bit higher than the stocker so my knees aren't higher than my hips. The extra cushioning works well in conjunction with the barely adequate stock rear suspension.
My first Hammock had a seam pulling apart on it, Harley replaced it under warrantee.

I also sprung for the Corbin 2up touring seat. It is heated as well. Also got the backrest from Corbin too. Wife and I are finally happy with the seating now. After 3 Mustangs, 1 Ultimate and 2 HD seats life is finally good.
