Current update works just fine for me.

 

Went back to 1.18.3 and everything sounds great again. The had to have lowered the volume on the Usb input because it's night and day different. On the latest I had the volume all the way up and could not my iPhone music that great. After going back to 1.18.3 my volume was a little over half way on the ride to work and my ears are ringing.

 

Same here, I had lost some volume on a couple of older versions but the latest version fixed it.

 

Upgraded to this version several weeks back...............All good.

 

I find it funny how there's such a huge difference between people and these updates. What works for one w/ the same year bike and style doesn't work for another. I just went back to the last update because my volume went down w/ the latest update as well as volume fading in and out.

 

All things being equal, the variation from same bike to the next same bike should not be happening. Harley has a huge problem on their hands in getting this corrected. But no doubt outsourcing this overseas for the cheapest bid isn't helping at all.

 

Their only problem is not being able to make touring bikes fast enough. They will leave it to the aftermarket to figure it out then they will take credit for the fix.

Stepped back to the 9.1 yesterday while on the road, had the Flash Drive with me. Booted up faster and repeat function worked perfectly. Did notice less information on the GPS screen, places (parks, lakes) that were identified under the 9.2 update were not identified under the 9.1, that was a nice feature. Also when I shut down it returned once to USB and the next time to FM, I always listen to the USB music. I sure wish they'd get this right...
