Boom Software v1.19.2 2/1/2016

I use a console plug like the Ultras all the time for helmet speakers, always thought the sound quality could be better. The sound coming from the plug, I think, comes directly from the radio, not the amp.
The quality was never good no matter what software.

Downloaded and did the update and finally got to take a ride in 56* New York today. First shutdown it reverted to USB (what I was listening to), second time I hit accept twice and I think screwed things up, third and forth times back to USB so all good there (so far)! Big thing I noticed is more detail in the GPS screen, I rode a usual route and noticed Lakes, Ponds and Parks all named on the screen, never had that before. Also noticed on my ride along the coast more detail on the shoreline, more ins and outs as opposed to a straight coast line. Messed with the Favorites button a little, need more time with that...happy so far!

Rode about 150 miles yesterday, and the boom worked flawlessly. Each start it went to my last device, i had an iphone 6S, the 4S just as a media player and an ipod, or Sirius, no issues.
Two times i turned the radio off and when it started the bike flashed the accept button and immediately turned off as i had done prior to shut down. When i powered the boom on it went to my last device, never to AM, FM or WB.
I updated my nav software also and noticed some additional information.
I am pleased with the system.

Favorite button working. I think I just wasn't programing it correctly... I have to say, as I become more familiar with this system, the more I like it.
Every new version of the Garmin's I've purchased, the 550 & 665, have had software issues too. I went through 3, 665's, before they sent me a good one. It looks like things are settling down with the Boom, too.
