I won't own any other boot than the Chippewa Super Logger line for work or pleasure. They are made in America and imo their is not a better quality boot made period. They will run you $250+ a pair but my last pair is 3 years old and still comfy as a slipper. The Super Logger is waterproof. I've worn them in 20-30 below zero temps in snow and they kept my feet toasty warm.

They're not cheap, but they're the best! (just happens that I know a guy with a pair for sale)

Best boots I've owned hands down. I'm going on year #4 on one pair; they're beat up and the soles need to be replaced but they still have plenty of life in them. Absolutely worth the price tag.

I wear these in warmer weather: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/t...-gore-tex-boot
And these in cooler weather: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/t...gore-tex-boots
Light, comfortable, easy to walk in and 100% waterproof.
